What is It?

Water is essential to a healthy life. To this end, we feel we don’t sell water products so much as we provide a vital service to our customers. It is important to us that you have confidence in our ability to help you, and we feel we best earn your trust by understanding your water.

Before recommending a water treatment system, we ask you to provide us with a water sample. Our free water analysis is necessary to help determine the correct product to treat your water. We also ask many questions so we can recommend the best system for your application, without overselling or overlooking any of your needs.

Simply bring us your water sample and we will work together to find the perfect water solution for you.

How to Bring Us Your Sample

Fill any clean and well-rinsed container with water from your tap (it must be free of soap and food matter).

Completely fill container; cap it immediately and bring it to us as soon as possible (water samples should not be left to sit for long—no more than a day or two—results can’t be guaranteed if exposed to the air or high temperatures for a prolonged period).

8 oz. (1 cup) or more of water is required to complete the five tests of a our water analysis (more may be needed if the results are inconclusive).

We keep a record on file of your water sample. In future, should your water treatment system become less effective, we will test your water again and compare the new sample with past analysis. Records will help us track data about your water supply and to notice any changes which will require a change to the water treatment system.
