And my filter just started having pressure issues after that many years. No leaks, etc, nothing! Rob their manager is great, he answers emails in timely manner. Staff are honest at dealing with their customers. Our filter issue was resolved within the day I contacted them. Glad mine still under warranty so we only paid a few bucks. I highly recommend this company. Hassle free, easy communication , and quality workmanship and materials. We had an excellent experience with RainSoft! Rob was incredibly thorough in explaining the RO system and why a simple tap filter wouldn’t cut it. He also helped us understand the water softener setup—turns out our old RO and softener had stopped working without us realizing! Rob arranged for same-day installation, and Chester and Randel were prompt, professional, and efficient. The difference is amazing—our water pressure is now strong, and our showers feel fantastic.
