COVID-19 Update – March 2020

Continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world and in Canada has understandably raised concerns for our customers and their families. At Rainsoft, the health and safety of our employees and our customers is a top priority.
1. We are taking important steps to help you stay protected.
We are monitoring this situation closely and following the latest guidance from health authorities to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations. Our team has adopted additional measures to ensure that our facility is safe for you and our employees. Some of the efforts we have taken include heightened levels of sanitization of all surfaces, high-touch areas, individual and common spaces, door handles, keyboards, and washrooms throughout the day. Our staff members will remain vigilant about proper safety and sanitization techniques before/after interacting with customers. Our pure bottled water and bottling operation equipment remains industry-leading and in compliance with all provincial, federal, and industry safety regulations. You can rest assured that every jug of Rainsoft’s pure bottled water undergoes a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process; even the outside of every jug is sanitized.
2. We remain open for business and ready to serve.
Rainsoft remains open and ready to serve our customers, and our pure bottled water pick-up, delivery, and installation services remain fully functional. While all our staff members are committed to ensuring an uninterrupted quality of service over the coming weeks, the safety of our customers, staff, and communities remains our top priority. To this end, we have instructed staff members to self-isolate and remain at home if they begin to exhibit any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding if scheduled services, deliveries or installations become delayed or must be rescheduled. Across Canada, our healthcare organizations and communities are working tirelessly to address and limit the spread of this virus. We thank you in advance for your vigilance in this regard. We kindly ask that if you are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or have travelled outside Canada, or have been in close contact with someone who has travelled outside Canada, you please refrain from visiting Rainsoft in person. Instead, call us directly at 306.757.7638 or email admin@rainsoft.ca to arrange alternate service. If you have chosen to self-isolate and already have pending services scheduled – such as equipment installation or pure bottled water delivery – we ask that you please contact our office immediately so our team is aware of the situation and can respond accordingly.
