October 2, 2020These folks are the best! Moved to the city recently, and having never owned/needed to use a water softener or water filter system, I had no idea what needed to be done. I saw the Rainsoft sticker on my equipment, so I emailed Rainsoft and requested they send someone out. To my pleasant surprise, in under 5 minutes I received a phone call back from them :) They let me know they were able to pull up my 'file' (old owners had Rainsoft equipment) and let me know exactly what needed to be done over the phone, as they were hesitant to charge me for a service call when all my equipment was nearly new. This saved me the $ of a service call, and they showed no hesitation at all to take the time over the phone to make sure I fully understood the system. This wasn't a short phone call, and they made $0 for their time spent with me today. I was even told I could bring a water sample in to be tested, free of charge. 11/10 for customer service! I now know exactly what I need to do to keep my system operating as it should, and I feel totally and completely confident that if I have any issues at all with my Rainsoft equipment down the road, I will be fully taken care of. Thank you Rainsoft!

June 2, 2018Knowledgeable, Customer Service and Friendly staff has made this experience Awesome!! Hands down, this has been the BEST EXPERIENCE ever!!! After moving to an acreage and learning 2 months into our adventure our system was not working....at all. I marched into Rainsoft Regina. I had orange hair...and I mean orange ( hard water ). Rob my sales associate is more than Top Shelf!! Having NO experience with water filtration systems, he took the time to explain to me what was happening and why. Rob took control, he sent a service man out, ( Alex who is amazing!! ), to do a number of tests to see what was going on. Alex talked to me, told me what he was doing and why. His knowledge and patience to answer my questions meant the world to me. In less than a week we had the old system out and they had us in clean drinking and showering water!! Bye bye orange hair. Thank you Rob, Alex and the Rainsoft team. Highly Recommend!!!

I’ve been getting my water delivered at work for sometime now. I usually get Matt delivering my water. He’s one of the best delivery guys I’ve ever had. He’s always cheerful and has awesome customer service keep up the awesome work Matt!!!

February 24, 2020I arrived at rain soft planning to drop a water sample off for testing and recieve a call in a day or two. I was helped by Rob who was able to test the water on the spot infront of me and walk me through the requirements for my well water treatment and had a price quote within an hour. Look forward to doing business in the future.
